Flower One Holdings Inc. (“Flower One;” CSE: FONE; OTCQB: FLOOF) announced a new long-term licensing agreement with The Medicine Cabinet (“TMC”), a Canadian boutique-style, high-end recreational cannabis brand.  Through this partnership, The Medicine Cabinet makes its first foray into the United States market via Nevada’s Flower One.  Flower One will add The Medicine Cabinet to its growing portfolio of Brand Partners that the Nevada cannabis cultivator and producer offers to cannabis retailers throughout Nevada.

Ken Villazor, President and CEO of Flower One, said, “It’s our pleasure to announce Flower One’s latest brand partnership with The Medicine Cabinet. To be bringing this product portfolio to the United States for the very first time is a point of pride for Flower One.”  Villazor further emphasized how the addition of The Medicine Cabinet’s line of products will help diversify the overall brands and products that the company is able to offer Nevada’s retailers as part of their B2B cannabis industry operations.

A representative from The Medicine Cabinet spoke about the benefit of gaining a valuable partner through their new relationship with Flower One and noted, “With 42 million tourists visiting Las Vegas every year, there couldn’t be a better American market for us to put The Medicine Cabinet products in front of – and we’re thrilled to be partnered with a recognizable producer like Flower One for fulfillment.”

TMC was particularly pleased with Flower One’s executive team and experienced growers, as well as the company’s cultivation and production capabilities.  Flower One is currently constructing a 455,000 square foot flagship greenhouse and production facility (which once done, will be the largest in Nevada), with plans for the production of high-quality cannabis.  Additionally, it operates an additional 25,000 square foot cultivation and production facility in North Las Vegas.  At that facility, which includes nine grow rooms, Flower One produces its NLV Organics cannabis products.

TMC is looking to deliver its own high quality, Ultra Premium Cannabis, along with its other established products, including Don Pablo Premium, Slims and Baby J’s pre-rolls, Bomb Girl’s edibles and a variety of Coffeeshop Classics dried flower.  Thus, its new relationship with Flower One promises opportunities for multinational growth.
