(OTC: GCLT) (“GainClients” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that NOVA® Home Loans, the largest privately held mortgage bank in Arizona (“NOVA®”) has signed an agreement with GainClients to use the new Home Purchase Service indefinitely.
NOVA® participated in the Beta Test of the service, which was extremely successful. NOVA® has since signed a two-year contract with GainClients and is using the service in seven cities in the southwest. It expects to make the service available in all of its locations in AZ, NV, CO and CA.
The Home Purchase Service is the Company’s new purchase money solution for the real estate industry, particularly lenders whose refinance-business has dropped due to higher rates.
