Solis Tek Announces Closing of $2.5 Million Financing

CARSON, CA–SLTK, (Marketwired – November 13, 2017) – Solis Tek (OTCQB: SLTK) (“Solis Tek” or “Company”), a vertically integrated technology innovator, developer, manufacturer and distributor focused on bringing products and solutions to commercial cannabis growers in legal markets across the U.S., announced today the Company has closed on its recent round of financing by securing $2.5 million of which $1.75 million came through a secured convertible debenture with a single institutional investor.
